The hotel was super tidy. every surface sparkled, a testament to the staff's dedication. the free breakfast was a lovely touch. Freshly made scrambled eggs awaited us each morning. i was happy to see wonderful staff members here, everything ran smoothly in the cafeteria. the proximity to the subway allowed us to explore together.
the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak during peak hours.

the location was quite good with easy access to transportation.
the room's heating system was problematic, with no way to adjust the temperature (i found this frustrating). i had to resort to using the air conditioner to cool down the room, which seemed like a significant waste of energy. the excessive use of disposable plastics during breakfast also bothered me.

the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views.. it really helped me unwind after long days. i found bagels, coffee, and tea always available, a nice touch. the location was excellent, since it was close to subway lines.
my room faced the hallway, and i experienced considerable noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway throughout my stay. the sounds were disruptive, especially at night, which impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort.
